Winny Power is a Chinese American global affairs professional with extensive international experience and a deep commitment to advancing education, sustainability, and cultural exchange. She currently serves as the Official Representative of The International Business School The Hague (IBSH) in the Greater China Region, where she fosters partnerships in business education, global leadership development, and international collaboration.

Her background includes over 15 years in the financial sector and over a decade of global engagement in strategic diplomacy, healthcare, marine ecology, and climate action—all aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Winny is a recognized advocate for women’s leadership, serving as Vice President of the US China Entrepreneurs Association and as Executive Chair of the World Mazu Chinese Culture Foundation. She regularly organizes investment forums in New York, builds bridges across the US-China-Africa corridor, and champions women’s empowerment through re-education and
cross-cultural mentorship.
Her outstanding contributions to global cooperation have been featured in major media outlets including People’s Daily, and recognized at key events such as the 69th United Nations Women’s Conference, where she was honored with the Excellence in US-China-Africa Cooperation Award by the World Sustainable Development Foundation.
Through her role at IBSH, Winny is dedicated to promoting access to quality business education and nurturing a new generation of global leaders with a strong sense of ethics, sustainability, and innovation.
