Day 1: Introduction to Strategy and Executive Management

  • Daily Exercise: Students will be divided into groups to analyze a case study and identify the key components of a successful strategy.

Day 2: Strategy Formulation

Intended Learning Outcomes:

  • Identify the different types of strategies and their advantages and disadvantages
  • Learn how to analyze the external environment and identify opportunities and threats

  • Daily Exercise: Students will be given a case study and will have to formulate a strategy for the company, taking into account the external environment and the company’s strengths and weaknesses.

Day 3: Strategy Implementation

  • Learn how to develop an implementation plan
  • Understand the importance of leadership in strategy implementation

Day 4: Corporate Governance and Ethics
